Water Street

Contrary to popular historical belief, Woods Hole’s beginning dates back 18 years before the Pilgrim settlement at Provincetown and Plymouth. Originally settled by fishermen and whalers, the history of Woods Hole eventually transitioned to research by 1871. This detailed design is hand-printed on cotton at our original Howlingbird location.
